The certificate was presented on 27 March 2019 during the annual meeting of inland shipping examiners by Arnold Brouwer, RCEC director, to CCV&#8217;s inland shipping team: Nadine Formsma, Katja van den Beld and Ingrid Hilberink.<\/p>\n<p>The independent research centre RCEC conducted research into the examination process, the examination product and the examination professional (the examiner).
